We welcome groups or individuals seeking an intense experience with the territory and with food that is at the same time rich in emotions and fun. For us food is at the same time, culture, tradition, and pleasure in making and tasting, in sharing, it is conviviality and gratitude. Cooking means taking care of yourself, not only our body but also our emotions .
This is the common theme of our cooking classes, which are divided into:
- Gourmet events. Short courses of 3 hours and aimed at traditional specialities
- Gourmet experiences. 1-day modules to enjoy one at a time or to be combined in Gourmet Stays, customised combinations of several days, up to the full 7-day journey, to discover the territory in all its elements, its food production culture and its culinary tradition.

Gourmet stays
Gourmet stays are complete local experiences that include a stay, full meals, cooking classes, visits and themed activities. Each module lasts a full day and can be combined with others as desired, creating modules from several days in personalised mode up to 7 days in duration
Each Module includes
- An overnight stay in a double superior, junior suite or suite and breakfast buffet or breakfast served in the room
- Lunch and dinner
- Cooking classes
- Collateral activities
The art of pasta
Handmade, including tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli
H 8:00 – Eco Awakening with a walk in the lush woods surrounding the Cantico (optional )
H 9:00 – Friendly breakfast and presentation of the programme of the day
H 10:00 – Cooking class: the art of handmade pasta, noodles, gnocchi and ravioli
H 14:00 – walk to Madonna della Penna
Lunch based on dishes prepared during classes based on handmade pasta
H 16:00 – Visit and tasting of wines from the Berioli winery in Montesperello for wine tasting
H 18 – Return to the Cantico and dinner with appetisers, pasta and Umbrian Chianina meat dishes

H 16:00 – departure for the visit to Mantignana, artisanal chocolate factory and tasting
H 18:00 – Return to the Cantico and dinner with dark chocolate dishes
