Our sensitivity to the protection of health and of the environment translates into a concrete commitment. We are located in an unspoilt setting, boasting ample spaces, an ideal place to enjoy a stay in contact with nature, to taste local and organic food, to enjoy relaxation and privacy thanks to a set of elements that have been part of our way of operating from the outset and that translate into a set of Eco parameters to protect the health of the environment, our staff and our guests, all of whom have very special importance for us
- We are located within an unspoilt natural environment of remarkable beauty that we make every effort to preserve with the utmost care.
- On a daily basis we minimise the wasting of water resources, we use a purified water dispenser in the restaurant
- We have performed renovation and maintenance based on the principles of bioarchitecture and biobuilding using local materials and suppliers
- We treat wastewater with an organic process purifier that separates greases and oils and we water the lawns and garden outside the hottest hours
- We hire local staff with an ethical approach, collaborate with our territory for sustainable development and promote its ethical use by our guests
- We install energy-saving LED light bulbs throughout the accommodation
- We use eco-friendly detergents to clean our environments, eco-friendly toilet paper and eco-friendly courtesy kits
- We use energy exclusively from renewable sources such as pallets and photovoltaics
- We have an independent heating system in every room to ensure balanced use
- We use traditional furnishing material, we do everything we can to eliminate the use of plastic
- We use mostly organic local and regional products in the kitchen of our restaurant
- We adopt separate waste collection
- We strictly apply organic farming methods throughout the farm
