Our 25-hectare farm specialises in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil. The centuries-old olive grove has around 1400 plants of the Frantoio, Leccino and in particular Dolce Agogia varieties, typical of Lake Trasimeno. Cold pressed, strictly immediately after harvesting, our oil has first-class organoleptic and nutritional characteristics, as well as an extremely pleasant taste. In addition to oil, we produce rotating crops in our arable fields.
In addition to colouring the dishes of our restaurant, our vegetable garden is also the ideal place for our guests to personally pick organic vegetables to take home. In our “from land to plate” philosophy we have sought to combine organic production and solidarity.
We have activated a stable collaboration with “I Resilienti” Social Cooperative in the field of cultural and mental disadvantage. We have made available our land and our internal sales channels (the distribution of products and the restaurant) and combined them with their skills, their ability to work and their desire for inclusion and self-esteem. Our farm estate, the adjacent open properties and the wonderful surrounding area are a perfect place for those who love to take an active and dynamic outdoor holiday with its wide variety of activities.
