Opening periods
Hospitality and Wellness Centre
We are open from 1 January to 31 December all year round for hospitality with breakfast service and all related services, spa services and treatments.
The telephone and email reception service is also available all year round
Catering
With respect to catering we have an opening schedule as indicated below
Dinner & lunch
The restaurant is open at the following times :
- From 1 June to 30 September, every day for lunch and dinner
- From 1 October to 31 May only for dinner with a weekly day off, for lunch on Sundays and all holidays and bridging days
The restaurant also opens in a timely and personalised manner even on days not indicated or on rest days in case of events (group dinners, ceremonies, weddings, events of different types) and specific requests
Throughout the year it is always possible to enjoy both lunch and dinner (even on the closing day of the restaurant), a cold meal such as a chopping board of cold cuts and cheeses or salads served in the room or in the spa
Breakfast
Breakfast is served both in the dining room and in the room from 1 May to 30 September on bridging days and holidays and on all weekends of the year
From 1 October to 30 April breakfast is served both in the dining room and in the room on Saturdays and Sundays and on days when the structure has a large number of occupied rooms. On other days (Monday to Friday), if the number of rooms occupied is not high, it is created in a personalised way for the customer and served in the room.
Timetables
Check in and check out
- Check–in from 1 June to 30 September, on bridging days and on all weekends of the year (Friday and Saturday evenings) from 15.00 until 22.00 –
- Check-in from 1 October to 31 May on Sundays to Thursdays (except bridging days and holidays) from 15.00 to 21.00
- Check-out from 8 am to 11 am
Anyone checking out early before the indicated time can enjoy the communal areas but room service is guaranteed from 15.00
Late check-ins after the specified time must be notified in advance and confirmed by reception
Early check-outs (the evening before or early in the morning) must be requested in advance.
For late check-outs until 18.00 (possible only on request and in case of no subsequent arrivals) there is a surcharge of 30 Euro
Breakfast and dinner
- Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10.30 in the restaurant room during the indicated periods. Alternatively, it can be served in the room from 8.00 to 11.30 on all days of the year.
- Lunch is served from 12.30 to 14.30
- Dinner is served from 19.00 (in order to give the best service to families with young children and to those who are used to dining early) until 22.30.
- The indicated times can be anticipated and postponed based on specific requests.
Prices
Rooms and breakfast
The prices charged for rooms with breakfast included are those provided on a daily basis in the online booking on the home page of the site.
Restaurant
Dinner: à la carte menu. Alternatively, adults €35 per tasting menu consisting of: appetiser, 2 tastes of first courses, second courses with side dishes and dessert.
Children: Overnight stay and meals
For children up to 10 years old, a full baby menu is offered if the parents have dinner on site at a cost of 15 Euro per child
Exclusive wellness centre
Exclusive use of the spa for 1 hour at € 30 per person.
The cost of massages as listed in the section dedicated to the wellness centre.
Terms of payment
For the final payment the different forms of payment are accepted; payment in cash, by cheque, ATM and credit cards of the different circuits (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, POST OFFICE CIRCUIT)
Benefits and discounts
- 5% discount on non-refundable booking with immediate payment of the full value at the time of booking confirmation
- 5% discount for cash payment
The different benefits are not cumulative and are applicable to the cost of the room and not to the additional services.
